THE CHALLENGE

Off the back of this and together with the success of insightdental came
a new product concept that brings patients to the forefront. 

Insightdental wanted to find a way to help connect patients with dentists more quickly and easily. 

MY ROLE

My role was to lead a team of 3 in designing a patient-facing web-based service that would provide a list of local dental practices to matched keywords of a specific problem and enable access. 

There was also a requirement to bring this to life through the creation of 
a brand and marketing story.

Add a review option

In all of our research users indicated that reviews were important to them to join a
dental practice.

Options such as a star system, written feedback, or a refer a friend option, could help build trust between dentists and potential patients. Additionally incentivising feedback, to encourage testimonials, as user research showed that patients would prefer dentists who were referred to them.
