Smart Dental Solutions are a cloud-based solutions provider that support dentists with everyday problems that arise from running a dental practice.

One of their products is insightdental, which is a cloud-based tool that helps manage stock by replacing the manual process of a physical stock check. It is time saving, simple and can be used in real-time. In the UK, it is the same for patients which trying to find a new dentist – it can take time, can be complicated and the search can also feel like a a bit of a stab-in-the-dark.

Off the back of this and together with the success of insightdental came a new product concept that brings patients to the forefront. 

Insightdental wanted to find a way to help connect patients with dentists more quickly and easily. 

My role was to lead a team of 3 in designing a patient-facing web-based service that would provide a list of local dental practices to matched keywords of a specific problem and enable access. 

There was also a requirement to bring this to life through the creation of a brand and marketing story.
